2. No Cancellations
   • Once a payment has been processed, the order/service request cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or reversed.
3. Third-Party Charges
   • Mentora Overseas is not responsible for any deductions, fees, or charges imposed by banks, card issuers, payment gateways, or regulatory authorities.
   • University/college application fees, or any other third-party charges paid through or facilitated by Mentora Overseas are also strictly non-refundable.
4. Discounts & Schemes
   • Any discounts, promotional offers, or schemes are provided entirely at the sole discretion of Mentora Overseas. The applicability, validity, and continuation of such benefits may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
5. Dispute & Chargeback Policy
   • By proceeding with payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes for reasons covered under this policy.
6. Jurisdiction
   • This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
